Dyfed Powys Police Federation members are being reminded to take part in the 2021 Pay and Morale Survey.
The national Federation survey, which runs until the end of November, aims to gain the views from officers on the frontline.
The results will then be used to support the Police Federation campaign for fairer pay for officers.
Branch chair Gareth Jones said: “There is no doubt officer morale has fallen in recent years and the zero per cent pay offer has played a big part in this.
“Our members feel they have been treated with a lack of respect by the Government after meeting the incredible challenges they faced when policing the coronavirus pandemic.
“I expect the findings if the survey will reflect those views and hope the Government will take that strength of feeling on board.
“I would therefore urge all our members to take part in the survey and make sure their voices are heard.”
The 2021 Pay and Morale Survey is being conducted by the Police Federation’s in-house research department, which plays a vital part in providing strategically important evidence to achieve better pay and conditions for members. This survey will close on 30 November.
