Your views will help Federation to shape future campaigns

“Make your voices heard.”

That’s the message from Dyfed Powys Police Federation secretary Roger Webb following the launch of the annual pay and morale survey.

This year it’s been combined with the demand, capacity and welfare survey as the Federation aims to build a comprehensive picture of the issues facing officers on pay, morale and welfare.

The results will be used to shape the Federation’s strategic direction and to support its campaigns for fairer pay and conditions.

Roger said: “This year’s survey is as important as ever and will provide us with the evidence we need to shape our campaigns for fair pay and a fairer funding system, as well as to improve conditions.

“The more members that complete the survey the stronger our voice will be when talking to the Government and police chiefs on your behalf.”

Police Federation national chair Steve Hartshorn added: “We greatly appreciate members taking the time to support the service by filling in this survey, the evidence and insights from the findings will be used to inform our policies and direction going forward. Your opinion matters to us, we are listening.”

The survey is open until October 3.

Members will receive a link to the survey directly.
