There’s still time for Dyfed Powys Police Federation members to make their voices heard in the latest pay and morale survey.
And branch secretary Roger Webb is urging as many members as possible to complete the survey.
This year it’s been combined with the demand, capacity and welfare survey to provide a comprehensive picture of the realities of policing.
The survey aims to capture members’ views and experiences on pay, morale, welfare and wellbeing, and to support the Federation’s ongoing campaigns to improve pay and conditions.
It closes on 3 October.
Roger said: “This is a really important survey for the Federation that gives us a picture of the realities of policing for our members. The results provide us with crucial evidence and data to support our work in improving pay and conditions.
“Thank you to everyone who has taken the survey so far. If you haven’t, please make your voice heard.”
