Pay and morale survey closes on Monday

This year’s Police Federation pay and morale survey closes on Monday (3 October) and members are being urged to take part before the deadline.

The survey aims to capture members’ views and experiences on pay, morale and wellbeing, and to support the Federation’s ongoing campaigns to improve pay and conditions.

Dyfed Powys Police Federation secretary Roger Webb is urging as many members as possible to have their say.

He said: “This is a really important survey for the Federation that gives us a picture of the realities of policing for our members. The results provide us with crucial evidence and data to support our work in improving pay and conditions.

“Thank you to everyone who has taken the survey so far. If you haven’t, please make your voice heard.”
