Pay and morale - have your say

Members are being urged to take part in the annual Police Federation of England and Wales pay and morale survey if they have not already done so.

The survey results are used in the Federation’s annual submission to the Police Remuneration Review Body (PRRB) – the independent organisation which advises the Government on officer pay.

“I cannot stress enough how important it is for members to fill out this survey, share their views and give us the evidence we need when representing them,” says Dyfed Powys Police Federation secretary Roger Webb.

“The more officers who respond, the stronger the evidence we can use when representing our members in discussions with the Government and chief officers because we can say the results represent the views of the majority of our members.”

The survey has been issued via the Federation’s National Member Database and will close at midnight on Friday 11 September.
